The IATSE LATINX CAUCUS (ILC) serves as a collective space where IATSE union workers and allies come together to acknowledge and celebrate the valuable contributions of Latinx individuals within IATSE working behind the scenes across television, film, events, and the entertainment industry.
With acknowledgement of the ongoing dialogue surrounding identity and Latinidad, we use Latinx by its most inclusive definition.
IATSE, or the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, is a union that represents members in live theater, motion picture and television production, trade shows, concerts, and exhibitions. Within the U.S. and Canada, there are more than 360 local unions with over 150,000 members make up the rank and file of the IATSE.
